The title says it in Indonesian: make security a priority at the start of building a platform, and do not wait to be breached. A breach is the most expensive teacher there is. It arrives after the design is fixed, after the data is in place, after the customers have arrived. The conversation turns that order around. The questions about who may reach what, and how data is kept, belong in the first weeks of a platform, when answering them costs the least.
